Reliance, I recommend this company to anyone who is having any type of heating and air-conditioning problems. He is very professional and reasonable. Upon entering my house he covered his shoes. That s the first time I ever had anyone do that. I just add a new company to my chart to go to when problems occur.

George arrived promptly, spent time meticulously cleaning all heater components, explained what was needed and why ( voltage measurements, etc.), even measured the heater's CO output (which was ok). Great job. Will definitely use him for my pre-summer AC inspection.

I called for service because my indoor unit stopped blowing air and it was 90 degrees In The home. George answered the ph and was extremely courteous and understanding and was able to come out the same day and get us cold air again. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Gave me several options and wasn t pushy about me replacing my system or didn t use scare tactics to sell me a system. He explained everything and his prices were better than other companies I ve used in the past. I highly recommend Reliance and will be referring them to my entire family

George was great! Came right out, gave me multiple price-point options and solved my immediate problem (no AC is now way to live). I already plan on having him come back to install our new system. George was respectful, knowledgeable and honest - I would definitely recommend!

George was extremely helpful and came over very quickly after calling. He was very honest with us up front and gave us all of the options and possible outcomes for our AC unit fan that stopped running. After water was accumulating in my basement and I realized it was coming from my HVAC system, I called George, the owner. He answered the phone immediately and came out very quickly. He diagnosed the issue, which was a clogged tube, within 5 minutes and had it fixed within just a few minutes. He was very respectful of my home and extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about how friendly, accommodating, and reasonable George was. He really helped out when the compressor went and I needed a new compressor unit. He was fair priced, straightforward and genuinely a pleasure to do business with. Forget all the techs trying to be salespeople and choose George for honest expertise with fair pricing.
