I had a leak in my bathroom. I turned the nob off and it dripped. They told me how to fix it myself. They said this is a do it you self-thing. He said bring me a picture of it and I will tell you the exact part and I’ll tell you what to do and that’s what I did. They are trying to save me money.

Punctual and tidy. Thought it was going to be a 2 day job, but had three techs working on a Friday to get the job done. Finished by 3pm and they stopped for lunch. Very professional. Didnt cut any corners. Would recommend and use again.

This was scheduled months in advance and they kept their promised appointment. Showed up on time and ready to work. Removed and disposed of the old boiler and cleaned up all debris. The staff was very professional and courteous and the work was completed on time. Upon completion of the work, I had one minor detail that wasn't quite to my liking. I informed them and they responded quickly and politely to address my concern. I would most certainly recommend this company.

After servicing my AC it stopped working the very next day. Maier sent a technition out and he said that I needed a whole new unit that my compressor was gone and the fan bearings were going and sounded bad. I did not agree with their assesment and asked a friend for a recommenation. I called Wood Heating and they fixed my AC. The compressor fan was not working. They put a new fan on the compressor and the AC has been working like new ever since.
