Two months ago in the beginning when we started working with this company, Josh was supposed to come out to do an assessment with us of our land. He didn't show up when he was supposed to, so he ended up coming in on a day when we weren't here and he sent us a contact in the mail. We sent him the down payment and it was 2 months before we heard anything back from him. It always takes him a day or two to return a phone call. Finally we said you have to come do the landscaping or we're cancelling. The workers came today and they did not do what they were supposed to do in the contract. I was under the impression Josh was going to come out or at least stay for the duration of the job but he wasn't out at all. I reached out to the provider to discuss the issues and he yelled at me.

They have only come once but they were punctual, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and I was happy with them. They came extremely early in the morning and they shriveled the road, they did my driveway, they put down the calcium like they said they were going to do and it was perfect. They price was a fair price.
