Jason Ketchel quoted me for a stained concrete floor with a medium (not high gloss) finish. We discussed what I wanted via email and by phone, because I do not live in the area where the work was being completed. My father lives in the area and was there for all the work. The initial contact was made in Nov 2013 and the work was not completed until July 2014. This contract is extremely poor at returning phone calls and emails and seems like he could care a less that I was a client. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The work was very poor quality and he did not complete the job to even my lowest standards. The floor has black marks all over it, you can still see and feel the trial marks, and you can also see large rings of grey coloring, when the color I chose was BROWN! I am attaching the pictures we discussed via email and also the finished product of my floors. You will be able to tell which ones are the professional completed floors and which ones where completed by Ketchel Contracting. I would NEVER EVER recommend this contractor to anyone. Very unprofessional, never on time, extremely hard to get a hold of, and extremely expensive for the poor quality work he performs, plus he really didn't seem to care he quoted something he could not provide. Find another company to do your concrete, especially for your home!!!!

I spoke to someone on the phone. He asked if I could email him a picture of the area we wanted work on along with my contact information. I was told he had other work in my area and would try to coordinate that on the same day to come out to give my estimate. I never received a return email or call to schedule or to even say he wasn't able to do the job. I find this a very unprofessional way to conduct business.

Very professional job. outstanding quality of work on polished floor and exposed aggregate. Concrete parking area is top quality too. Would be happy to share pics of his work if needed.

Went good, showed up about 1/2 hr late but had to come thru the St Patrick day taffic. Listens to what we wanted, offered his thoughts and will get back to us with the bid
