Description of Work: I hired Freedom Metals to put metal roofing over a shingle roof. The price was fair, but every other part of their service was very poor, including the contact with the company owner. Left numerous messages that were not returned. The crew was very unprofessional. After finding scratches on the metal caused by bad loading of material, I was promised touch up paint which i never received.I had downspouting taken and not replaced. It is almost a year since my last contact with the company. I have long given up on a response, which is why I highly recommend Wengerd Roofing out of Salisbury, Pa for your metal roofing needs in southwestern Pa, not Freedom Metals.

+ -1 moreEverything was ordered correctly. They did not call me when the order was ready. They shorted me on the Insulation but I when back and they corrected the issue no problems. I will use this supplier again.
Description of Work: Sold Metal roofing, insulation and furring strips.
