The technician was very helpful. He answered any and all my questions. He was a very kind person and helped me with carrying an item from my basement.

Ray was the technician and he was excellent. He fixed the issue with my fireplace insert and also inspected it for safety. Others gave me the run around so I appreciate the fact that this company showed up on time and had the expertise to diagnose and remediate the issue.

They were very pleasant and seemed to be very knowledgeable. They recommended that we do over $2000 in work to get the fireplace ready to work. Then, when we began using the fireplace again, they recommended over $4000 in additional work to solve the problem of smoke coming into the house from the fireplace. Another knowledgeable worker came up with a solution that seems to work perfectly at no additional expense.

They were efficient and hard working.

Aric and his right hand team manager Scott and Scott's assistant, made me feel 1st. They were above satisfactory at all angles. Price, Punctuality and Perfection. They came to replace my outdoor chimney and chase. Which was all that I needed. Unlike the estimate that I had gotten just hours before. The guy wanted to come into my home and demolition my walls replace my carpet and paint my walls. At this time, with a pandemic running wild. He had already been in side my home 20 minutes too long! Just saying!

Brad was super knowledgeable and professional. He checked out our chimney to make sure it was safe, cleaned it, tolerated our crazy dog, and then gave us some recommendations for improvements and he showed and explained everything going on with our fireplace to us, which I really appreciated. We're very happy with the work, can't wait to build a fire this weekend, and are awaiting an estimate for further work from Integrity Chimney Services.
