Company stopped picking up for myself and numerous other customers. Sent no notice and we were unable to reach anyone. Numerous phone calls not answered, emails not returned, social media comments ignored. A few drivers had covid, but company did nothing to communicate plans to customers. Did send me a new bill several week after first missed pickup. Several weeks later finally sent a cancellation letter. Thankfully I had not paid the new invoice in anticipation of them resuming service. I understand they do not issue refunds. Avoid this company, you've been advised! They seemed nice on the phone a few months prior when I signed up for service. But they really are unprofessional and unreliable.

f I could give ZERO stars, I would! Absolutely horrendous customer service!! They missed a week, and refused to offer a credit, saying that they had to pick up twice as much the next week. I don't pay by volume, I pay by frequency of collection. Furthermore, when I called to ask why my garbage had not been collected, I left a message. I called the next day and voicemail was full, and the next day there was simply no answer (voicemail shut off). Three months later, I get a call to pay my bill. The woman says she is alone in the office and is not on a position to do anything. I asked to have someone who could call me back. SIX weeks later, I get another bill, but still hadn't spoken to anyone, so I called again and left a message. This time they called me back, and was placed on hold while the woman went to "see if she is available.". After being placed on hold, a woman comes on the phone and simply says, "we don't offer discounts for not picking up because we have twice as much to pick up the next time." I pointed out the fact that I pay for a weekly pick up, not a pickup of one container. I further pointed out that the garbage sat in front of my house for a week because no one answered my call to say they would not be back for a full week. I was told there is nothing she could do. I told her to come get her containers, and that I would be writing this review on every platform I can. DO NOT USE THESE SHEISTERS!! THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Our neighbors use Del Guercio and they seemed to be the cheapest so we decided to try them. What a MISTAKE. 2 weeks into our service and we still haven’t received our cans. We politely called many times and were continually told “tomorrow” yet tomorrow never came. They also told us just leave the bags on the curb and they would still be picked up without a can, yet today is the 2ND pick up day since we began with them and they drove by us AGAIN. Our garbage bags have holes in them and animals have been going through them nightly because we keep being told they’ll be by tomorrow so we leave the bags out yet the garbage never gets picked up. They don’t even have a real garbage truck and I have no idea how they’re supposedly separating out recyclables. The lady on the phone was polite and patient, but even admitted to me they have people not showing up to work. How am I supposed to rely on you if you’re admitting to a new customer you can’t keep people employed?! Only good thing was they let us cancel without a hassle although I’ll be checking my account to make sure get our money back. Don’t waste your time, you’ll just get the run around and garage all over your curb. UPDATE: STILL have not receive my refund and have been given the run around. I was told over a month ago I’d get a refund since we were never serviced in the two weeks we have Del Guericos. The following week they told me my refund was just approved. I called again 2 weeks ago after still not receiving my refund, and my number and address were taken down. I was told I’d receive a call from management because they were “surprised” I hadn’t received my refund, but never received a call. Now they won’t even pick up my calls... I’m about to call a collections agency; this company now stole our money without providing service.

Trash is picked up on time every week. I have the service that will pick up large items anytime I need to have it done. I just put it out at the end of the driveway, and the next ting I know...it's GONE! Fine reliable service! (And cheaper than that big mega-company you see all over the country)!

They are always here when they are supposed to be. They do a really neat job. They don't throw the garbage cans all over. If there is something on the ground, they will pick it up. They are courteous.
