Will was great. He responded promptly to our inquiry, had us text him photos of the latch, and gave us an estimate that included a small range in the possible cost. He was able to come to do the repair within a few days. While here, he gave us a couple of options about ways to repair the latch, and he did a wonderful job. It not only works perfectly, but an ongoing problem we'd had with the latch getting stuck -- a problem we'd had almost since the fence was originally installed -- won't recur because of the change he made in the latch mechanism. He was extremely nice to work with, neat and careful not to damage plants near the spot he was working. And to our amazement, he charged us the lowest amount on his estimate.

Will was very responsive and quickly scheduled a meeting at the location to measure and discuss our options, and they were many. His website displays a nice gallery of similar competed jobs and he also had his own suggestions. He brought a catalog showing many possible decorative elements and custom design choices. Even though it was the holiday season, Will got back to us quickly with photos of the nearly- finished security grates for our approval. At first, they didn't seem exactly what we had pictured, maybe not quite ornate enough, so Will redid them, adding couple of design elements, fancied them up a bit, and they were perfect. The installation was ready to go quickly and Will called several times to make sure we could settle on a date that was agreeable to all. There were a couple of surprises in the way our old windows were made, but Will used his creativity to make everything match up perfectly. He and his assistant worked cleanly and professionally, touching up every little detail before they left. We are very pleased with result.
