Great roofer. I first met him in 2000 when I bought the house and the movers knocked the gutter off the corner over the driveway. Using ServiceMagic back then, I put in a request, and 10 minutes later, my phone rang and Steve said "Hi, I'm at your house now and have looked at the gutter and roof now, and I can fix it for you right now for $300, and leave the invoice in your mailbox and you can mail me a check, if you like." I didn't even shop around for other price quotes. By the time I got home from work the repair was done. So, 10 years later! when I needed a new roof on the same house, I called him. (This time I did get other quotes.) His was not the lowest, but his manner was the most professional (also friendly and organized), and he put the roof on. My house is a rental property and I didn't want to run back and forth and choose shingles, etc. so I said "Please just get something similar..." and he matched it beautiful. No hassle, no fuss, great quality work, nice personality, incredibly efficient and professional crew and work. I saved his number for TEN YEARS - this tells you something.
