I have been using his service for a couple of years. What I like about him is he calls back right away and always comes out at a decent time. If anything is an emergency, he also will come that same day or the next day. He is really personable and is a nice guy. He is honest and if he does not know where the plumbing issue is coming from, he will not try to do any unnecessary service.
Description of Work: Recently he came out to fix a toilet.

Steve wasn't able to fix the original toilet (it was probably 40-years old) so he suggested replacing it, which we took him up on. He was able to match the color of the adjacent sink exactly. He also fixed a dripping faucet. The work seems to be well done. My only reservation was that we had to pursue him a bit by phone to find out the status of the replacement toilet he ordered and when he would be able to put it in.
Description of Work: Tried to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing properly but couldn't so he replaced it. Also fixed a dripping faucet.

VERY GOOD SERVICE. ALWAYS RETURNS PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. SHOWS UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. QUALITY WORK.
Description of Work: REMOVED EXISTING LAUNDRY TRAY AND FAUCET. REPLACED WITH NEW LAUNDRY TRAY AND FAUCET. INSTALLED SHUT-OFF VALVES.
