After she showed up on a date that we did not schedule, she diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. She stated the part would be here in 1-2 weeks with installation. A month after her visit, I called her to see where the part was and when it would be installed. She told me the part would be there in 2 days and set up an appointment for Wednesday. At 4:30 PM on Wednesday, after waiting all day for the serviceman, I called again. I was told they would come before noon the next day. I waited at home again the next day and no one called (I have caller ID) or came. I called JJ again asked that someone come within a few hours. She stated that she had called and no one answered. I told her this was not true as I was home all day. She then stated that I gave her the wrong phone number. My correct number was on the work order. When I explained that I did not give her the wrong number and that she was lying about calling, she hung up the phone. She refused to finish the work. I had to start over with Whirlpool all over again. This company did not once show up when scheduled. They are very unprofessional. Treatment of customers in this regard is unacceptable. No one can wait around for multiple days in the hopes that they will show up. I should not have to keep calling a company to come when they are scheduled.
Description of Work: I was forced to use this company through Whirlpool for a wine fridge that stopped operating under warranty. I spoke with JJ on the phone and set up a date for Wednesday. She showed up on Monday night (not as scheduled). She diagnosed the problem and ordered the part.

I thought JJ did a fabulous job. There was no hidden charge, I paid the labor quoted on the phone, $75.00+tax. She showed me how to prevent this from happening again and made sure I knew where I was looking to check that the problem was not returning. It was a pleasure to have such a knowledgeable, personable repair tech, who had fair prices. As a single mom on a very tight budget I was glad to pay the bill which is rare. I felt like I got an education and a repair. I had a cold refrigerator within minutes and a fan that did not clack in the freezer. I was pleased with the service and servicer. I feel like I now know enough to keep this problem from costing me again, which really makes me feel comfortable. I must thank JJ for being so patience with my son's inqusiveness, my crazy dog's desire for attention and my questions. JJ even helped a few people out on the phone, one person needed to get into their dryer & she walked him though it as she hacked away at my ice. Thank you JJ!
Description of Work: I had ice inside my refrigerator, water was leaking everywhere and my refrigerator side was not cold enough. I was shocked a girl showed up. She started right away showing me one problem after another. JJ spent 2 hrs 45 minutes chipping away at a block of ice about a foot or more deep. My inqusive 4 year old and very hyper boxer never even slowed her down. She even compared tools with my son. The ice just kept coming it was everywhere. She removed every bit of ice, cleared my defrost drain line, cleared my ice maker fill tube, de-iced my freezer fan, freed my bottom basket of an iceblock, and opened up my air holes. JJ even cleaned up every bit of water, which I told her not to worry about.
