Everyone at Evergreen LMI really stood out for making the drainage project at our house so easy and for doing such a great job. Suzanne made the proposal and project set up very easy. And even though it was really hot the day of installation, Keith and his team worked straight through, and the quality of the work - - the way they matched the PVC pipe to the bottoms of the downspouts; the way they laid the lines and replaced and smoothed the sod sections, and then watered - - was first rate! I would recommend Evergreen Landscaping to anyone.

Jay and his company are awesome! They listened to what I wanted and designed and installed exactly what would deliver what I asked for (color and deer resistant). And Jay continues to visit me, to service my concerns on a couple of plants that did not take (live) after being planted in Oct. Very competitive pricing too!

Evergreen Landscape did a great job. They very gently regraded the yard and installed two dry-wells. When completed, they sodded everywhere they dug. Except for the two small drain grates you'd never know they were there! The night they completed the work we had 2 inches of rain. Evergreen's foreman stopped by the following morning to make sure the backyard drainage issue was resolved. It worked perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Keith helped sort out a big disaster of a yard (after another company’s careless work left the outdoor space unsafe and in terrible condition ). He was extremely kind, diligent, and professional to work with. Keith was fantastic when explaining the job and working onsite with my tenant at this rental property. My tenant was equally as impressed with Keith and would provide an “A” rating as well. I live at the bottom of 4 hills and have a natural underground spring in my back yard. Between the storm water runoff from up hill and the spring underground, my backyard was a 24/7 swamp. I called a couple of different landscape companies. None of them wanted anything to do with it. One of the companies even told me that I needed a land development engineer. No way was I going to call an engineer. I called Evergreen and Keith came out. He looked at the situation and it didnt seem to phase him at all. He was the first guy to come out whose eye balls didnt pop out of his head. He got back to me with a fair price and was able to start a few days later. He installed lots of stone and pipe. Regraded the yard and planted new seed. Keith literally drained my swamp. I never in a million years would think that I would ever have to water my backyard. I have to water it every night now. I would definitely recommend Evergreen for your landscaping and drainage needs.

Working with Evergreen and Keith was great! He listened to our needs and made frequent trips to our home to observe drainage issues. The work was completed quickly!

it is a yearly program, they just did the first application. We will see the result in a few months.

As always, it was done well without any intervention by us. They are knowledgeable and able to maintain a native garden and weed it, which is not an easy tasks since many people don't know an invasive weed from a native wildflower.

I've used Evergreen for many years at 3 different houses. Jay and crew are great. Excellent communication, design ideas, and suggestions. They are quick and meticulous. I had them do a total rip out and redesign of the front yard at one house for which they had to remove several overgrown bushes, regrade, and replant. I also had them install a privacy fence across the back yard and a short split-rail fence with gates at both sides of the house. At the 2nd house I had them completely regrade, fill, reseed and fertilize my disaster of a back yard (It took more than 6 dump trucks worth of fill). They also built a 2 tier retaining wall along the 40 ft. driveway and another stacked stone retaining wall along a sloped part of the back yard. The back yard went from a patchy, rut-filled, weed-infested disaster with several rotten stumps to a level green playground when they were done. Along the way I've also had them do fertilization treatments, aeration and over-seeding, spring and fall cleanups, and cuts. We're now on house 3 and getting started all over again. I won't use anyone else. Highly recommended.

The guys were professional and did a wonderful job installing sod in our front yard. They were friendly, hard working, and left the area neat and clean. The person who provided the estimate for work did not measure for the amount of sod needed properly and they ended up being short for about 1/5th of the property. They went back out, obtained more sod, and installed it all before the end of the day. The owner of the company still honored the original price quoted. That is EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend using this company for your landscaping needs.
