Scheduled appt for estimate of deck installation...contractor never showed or called to reschedule

The soil is bad here so they built large berms for the trees that have lasted. Rocks were strategically placed and provides beautiful contrast.

Their service so far is good. Their price is good. I would use their service in the future too.

DREAMSCAPES ONLY HAS A CELL THAT HE NEVER PICKS UP. ESTIMATES ON OTHER LAWN JOBS WERE VERY INCOMPLETE TO NONE SO WE NEVER HIRED HIM FOR ANY OTHEY TYPE OF LAWN WORK BESIDES MOWING EVERY OTHER DAY AND SNOW PLOW WHICH WAS NOT STARTED BECAUSE WE CANCELLED GRASS CUT AND THE NOT YET STARTED SNOW PLOW GOING FORWARD AT THE TIME DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BELOW. NEVER RETURNS VOICE MESSAGES ON TIME IF AT ALL NEVER GIVES PROPER/COMPLETE ESTIMATES IF AT ALL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO DEAL WITH. I LEFT HIM A VM BEFORE OR AROUND FALL OF 2009 AND ASKED HIM TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR FALL CLEAN UP WHICH HE NEVER GAVE ME. I HIRED ANOTHER TO DO THE WORK. DREAMSCAPES THEN SUDDENLY SHOWED UP... IN "DECEMBER" OF 2009 (LIKE AROUND 2ND TO THE THIRD WEEK).. TO DO A FALL CLEAN UP (IN DEC?!?) AND ALSO PRUNED WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. I WAS SURPRISED THAT THEY WERE IN OUR YARD AND I GOT OUT OF OUR HOME TO STOP THEM...THINKING THAT THEY WERE CUTTING GRASS IN DEC. DREAMSCAPES THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I AGREED FOR THEM TO DO FALL CLEAN UP WHEN I DIDN'T AS PROPER ESTIMATES WERE NOT EVEN GIVEN AND NO CALLS WERE RETURNED RE THIS IN FALL.. THEY PRUNED ALL SHRUBS TO THE GROUND INCLUDING NEWLY PLANTED ORNAMENTAL GRASS WITHOUT PERMISSION DREAMSCAPES THEN ARGUED WITH ME VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY IN FRONT OF OUR HOME. THEY THEN SENT ME BILLS AND UNPROFESSIONAL TEXT MESSAGES.. MY LAWYER HAD TO STEP IN. I DID NOT PAY THE BILL BECAUSE THERE WAS NO AGREEMENT. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE.

They were okay, they did the job. We used them for about 4 years, I had an issue maybe a year or two into use them. One day we went into our garage, we have a refrigerator in our garage and one day my husband came home and all the beer was missing. Everything else was there except the beer. The lawn guys were the only ones there that day. So I called Jason, the owner, and he was really angry and denied that his guys would ever do it. I told him I didn't know if they did it but I just wanted to let him know it happened. He just didn't respond as professionally as he should have. Maybe his guys didn't, but I don't know who did and I thought he could have handled it better. I continued to use the service out of laziness.

I was very pleased with this company, when they were done working they bagged everything up and took it away.

I received an estimate after calling and speaking with Jason, the owner. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable and personable. His men did a wonderful job on our yard, which really was a mess. A month later I asked him to come come out and plant some flowers, which he did exactly as I wanted. He takes care of the landscaping every week, and answers any concerns or questions I have, promptly. My husband and I are extremely happy with his work and work ethic.

I don't talk to them very much. They come and do a very neat job, I don't have any issues with them at all which is why I've stuck with them. They're not perfect, but their not terrible either.

The owner's name is Jason Conrad. He comes out once a week. He edges it and bags everything. He picks up any sticks that have fallen from our trees. My yard looks great and he does great work. He has missed a couple of weeks because of rain. He makes up for it. He has one crew that I know of. They are great. I've talked to them a couple of times. They are very prompt and quick.

We were unsuccessful in getting Dreamscapes attention. Jason responded to initial phone call and I must say he needs some phone training. It was like he had no interest at all in new business. Set up time for him to come and review the project and he never showed. Called later and said he had truck problems. We left a message for an alternate schedule time and he never responded. We are interested in hiring companies that are responsive. Not Dreamscapes.

Jason and his crew arrived at about 8:00 a.m. They started right in and continued till all was accomplished. They were polite, professional and diligent - carefully completing all my requests as I indicated. I was pleased and would gladly recommend Jason and Dreamscapes.

They were very efficient. I called him on a Saturday and they were out within a day or two. They did the work beautifully and worked very well. I even got a comment from my neighbor that my yard looks great.

JASON IS UNUSUALLY RESPONSIVE, ALWAYS RETURNING MY CALLS IMMEDIATELY OR ANSWERING THE PHONE HIMSELF. HIS CREW IS SUPERB. THEY WORK HARD, DO GREAT WORK, AND ARE A JOY TO HAVE AROUND. IN ADDITION TO THE WORK LISTED, DREAMWORKS ALSO DOES MY WEEKLY MOWING AND PERIODIC WEEDING IN THE BEDS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
