+ -1 moreWe called because our water was draining slow and backing up into the grease trap. Our 1000 gal. Septic tank needed pumped and the inlet pipe was almost completely plugged. We call, and Tammy was very helpful, The truck was at my bakery within the hour to pump it. Very nice guy provided the service, quick, clean and helpful, gave us advice to help the tank/pipe from getting plugged in the future. No one else ever told us there was a quick and easy way to check and clean out the tank inlet pipe. I make cakes so I deal with a lot of grase in my drains and this is usually is the cause of my problems, but thanks to Williams we can hopefully keep this from happening again.
