I am an owner operated carpentry and maintenance service with 35 years of knowledge and experience. I work inside and outside. Working on any building from top to bottom. I have built new homes and remodeled all rooms in old homes. I build, install, patch, paint and fix most anything.

My dental office Signature Smile Designs in both Bradford and Smethport was sorely in need of repainting of ramps and strengthening of those ramps. Darin was respectful and worked ho*** ** that early project. The results were very good. Because of the result, I expanded the entire project especially in Bradford. He has maintained his respect and poise through this challenging renovation of a building built in the 1930’s. He has put in two new bathrooms, a new basement floor, new treatment rooms were updated and much more. He has performed at the highest level! Continuing, he has painted inside, put new cabinets in , and even leveled two very off level floors in two rooms. That project was done with attention to detail and was technically a very difficult task… He got them back to level and we will benefit from his hard work.. "Awful. Absolutely awful. We hired them for an insurance claim. The job was extremely sloppy. The drywall is uneven and chunky. There was paint splatter on my floor that no one felt the need to clean up. There was a spot on my floor that was supposed to be fixed under the carpeting. It was never fixed and I paid out of pocket to have that carpeting replaced and that floor fixed. the padding was never replaced under that section of carpet either and I paid for that too!! When I brought it up to the owner, I receive no response. I have called and left voicemails, my wife has called and left voicemails. I even contacted the restoration company who hired these goons, and they are just passing us off to the owner like it's all his fault. NO you hired an incompetent contractor. He has been to small claims court before, he may be going there again if this issue isn't resolved."
