John was great! I was so upset could not sleep when mold was found in another area. He made me feel at ease. Took care of the problem and the cost was reasonable. Very easy to talk too and very honest. He is a real gem. Also his wife is very nice as well. I thought of him as a friend. Thanks John!

We highly recommend John. Chose him over another company because not only was he adept and finding the source of the mold and cleaning it up, he was intent on preventing its reoccurrence. Otherwise it would have been money down the drain to hire the other company who would make no guarantee. Very satisfied with the work and results.

There aren't enough stars in the sky to give John Kearns, but for HomeAdvisor's purposes, 5 will have to do. He provided an invaluable service at a crucial time. My husband & I are about to close on a house & having second thoughts on skipping a mold inspection. He responded to my first inquiry within an hour, met our realtor at the house the next day, checked all the areas of concern & followed with a phone call immediately after. Not only did John "talk the talk" treating me with kindness & concern but "walked the walk" with competence & professionalism, easing our minds to move forward!

John immediately contacted me after my inquiry. I had some delay with the bank and realtors but John was more than accommodating in the way he handled the transaction and the completion of the work so I could close on my home on time. Very professional, competent, knowledgeable contractor. He explained each step in the process of the mold remediation and completed the job in a timely manner. I found additional mold in a completely different area and had to have him come back a second time. He squeezed us into a very busy schedule so that we could get the room completed and get moved back into it.

I am not a fan of any contracture but John is a straight shooter and very professional. I am a big fan of him. I would reccomend him to anyone. Thanks John!!

Very professional job done!

I was in the final week of buying my home when the underwriter said we needed a mold specialist. The inspector did not think there was a mold problem, but apparently his written word was not enough. John came in on short notice, confirmed that there was no problem (even though he could have tried to get a job out of it), and only billed for the service call. He also went out of his way to get the letter into the bank on the same day (a Saturday). Would definitely call back if there were any other problems.

He determined that I did not have a mold problem.
