Description of Work: He is building our house, so far he is awesome, completely involved, makes himself available, easy to work with. I will update when project is completed.

Description of Work: Our bathroom was a disaster. Ugly claw foot tub with exposed pipes, slow draining pipes and a terrible lack of storage. Odd placement of toilet as well.. The drainage pipes below the floor were at poor draining angles, the toilet vent pipe was nearly clogged. These guys gave us an estimate, helped us redesign the entire bathroom floor to ceiling with ample storage space. Some of the ideas my wife and I had for the bathroom were not optimal. Epp and Co. showed us options which were more aesthetic and functional. In all, we asked for a nice hotel style bathroom and that is exactly what we got, under the estimated price and within the time frame offered. These guys also built a double garage for my father which was fairly priced quality work.

Description of Work: Addition on existing house. Basement was finished. Drywall, carpet, electrical work, inside stone fireplace, paint.

Description of Work: In 2008, Eppinette Construction put an addition on my home, which included extending my living room, building a mud room, a half bath with a closet containing my washer and dryer, and a large attached garage. Along with the addition, Eppinette Construction excavated my yard. I live on the side of a mountain and Eppinette Construction leveled the ground so it was flatter and so the water was diverted away from by house. A 100' retaining wall was also built with corrugated piping behind it, which also helped with diverting the water. Finally a stamp concrete patio and walkways were installed. In 2010, Eppinette Construction finished my basement. First, stamp concrete was poured into the basement, which raised my floor approximately 1.5 inches. The plan was to raise the floor a little and leave a track system between the poured concrete and the original poured concrete walls. There was also a closet where the sump pump was located. This area did not have the poured concrete and was still the original concrete floor. This was an extra precaution incase water would find its way into the residence. If water did come in the residence it would flow around the finished area and to the closet area and into the sump pump. When hurricane Irene hit the east coast, we had approximately two feet of water in our window wells. The water came into the basement, but the water flowed just as planned. The water never got close to entering the finished area. If the sump pump did fail for some reason, the damage to the finished area would be minimal because the floor was made of stamp concrete. Even though we raised the floor a little, we were able to keep a good overall height because we used metal barn roofing for the ceiling. The metal panels were screwed directly to the floor joists. A drop ceiling would reduce the height of the room. The basement was finished with dry stack stone, pine boards, textured drywall, and the metal ceiling. A two tear 10' bar was built. with dark stained oak wood and dry stack stone. Eppinette Construction also built my large gun safe into the wall. They also used an old piece of barn beam was used for the mantle above my woodstove. Evey detail was well thought out.

Description of Work: Entire addition added to home consisting of bathroom, bedroom, lvingroom, and kitchen minus stove. Outside exit onto deck and exit door to garage. Hallway created through house diningroom to connect. Completed for Mother-in-Law. Cathedrel ceiling in lvg area. Also completed storage area above garage and garage with i.sulation and dryboard and paint. All work and deligation was excellent and affordable. looking to contact for some other projects. Highly reccomend. Was very well prepared from estimate to hire to finish.

Description of Work: Korey and his team built us a new detached garage and then turned the exisiting garage into a Mother-in-Law suite. They did a great job of blending the look of the addition into our existing 30 year old house and ensured quality work was done during the entire addition. Great job to Korey and Team, we were very pleased with the entire process!
