Cleaners were able to show up an hour and a half earlier. They called for permission to show up at the earlier time which was fine with us. We are very happy with their work and we look forward to keeping a two-week revisit schedule.

Hired Maid 2 Clean for a one-time cleaning service at our vacation home - Company sent two cleaners on the day of service. Scheduled for a morning appointment and the cleaners showed up over an hour late because they were lost. Upon arrival, communicated that we needed certain rooms on the lower level cleaned as a priority but because we needed to clear the floor of one of the bedrooms (which would take only 15 minutes) they had offered to start cleaning upstairs to start. They never came back downstairs and after cleaning upstairs for two full hours, cleaners took a short break and then left the property to make personal phone calls because it was getting late and because the job was taking longer than expected with limited time left. They had not even touched the areas and rooms we needed cleaned first. Called to speak with the Manager to work something out as I didn't realize they needed to leave by a certain time and was disappointed with the miscommunication and how the day went. As far as cleaning, overall satisfied with the job and other areas (such as the bathtub) were cleaned well. Would book again and for next time would make sure that the cleaners work on prioritized areas and allow extra time for work in case they run behind on schedule. Thank you!

I’ve been through several “cleaning” services since moving from NJ to pa 1.5 years ago. THIS is a true, trained cleaning company I absolutely will use again and highly recommend. Thank you for a fantastic cleaning.

I hired them for cleaning and they did average work. They were pleasant but didn't do a thorough job. I wanted to try them again and submitted their form on Sunday requesting service for this Thursday Oct 18th. I left my telephone number for a reply but did not get the curtesy of a reply. If they didn't reply, I wonder how reliable they are.

Quoted price was less than what was charged.

This was a rental house clean up after tenants left. Maid 2 Clean cleaned. Not well. The trash that was left by the tenants was put out side in flimsy trash bags so when we picked them up to take them to the dump, the bags broke. The top of the refrigerator was not wiped at all. The bathroom cabinet still had toothpaste all over. Kitchen floor was sticky. The house looked better but not what I had expected from a professional company.

The maid was very thorough. She did an excellent job throughout my house. My son hired her for me as I was injured. What a blessing!
