Description of Work: They showed up promptly. Very nice to work with. Had trouble diagnosing problem on unit that was covered under parts only warranty. Charged 8 hours labor to fix a contact. They said the circuit board was blown out. Tried to work this out with the owner Barry and he said all 8 hours was billable time. The first two visits was done by a younger very nice man. Then he told me that he could not figure the problem out and had to return at a later date with the owner. When both came back they fixed the problem in under 1-1/2 hrs. BUT still charged and justified a total of 8 hours billable time.

+ -1 moreHad to have outside AC disconnected in Feb due to a plumbing issue(unit too close to pipes). So It needed to be reconnected. They took care in Feb not to leak any of the coolant which saved me couple of hundred dollars with the reconnect. One time and budget. Excellent neighborhood provider for Red Lion, PA and surrounding area.

Description of Work: I used them a couple of years ago. They actually took out a baseboard heating and cast it off for me, removed it.
