Owner (Mark Holloway) refused to take responsibility claiming he did not install the skylight. Still, he promised he would fix the issue but, after several weeks passed beyond when he said he would effect the repairs, and I complained, he emailed me these words, and quot;i [sic] can not drop everything to evolve [sic] around you, you whine to [sic] much for me. i did not install that skylight, take a look at your contract and invoices a little closer, and you can find someone else to do your projects because i do not want to work for you.and quot; This was in response to my complaint, also, that --after providing a repair estimate on replacing my front door over three weeks earlier-- that he told me he needed to make additional measurement before ordering the door, but, never came to make those and quot;neededand quot; measurements. This, despite the fact he resides barely 8 blocks from my home. Thus, the door was never ordered. People like this seem to feel they are doing the customer a -favor- by taking their money and that they should be free to do work based on their schedule, not that of the customer.

Mark and his guys are very professional. I am very pleased with his work. Leave a message if you call, he'll return your call. I will definitely use Mark again.

A storm took off some aluminum siding off our house and Mark came out the next day and replaced it. We were very pleased with his work. Mark is clean, polite, and very professional.
