Larry and Brian were fantastic! We honestly cannot say enough good things about them. The job was done in a completely professional manner, and they were so clean that no one would ever guess we had a contractor in our home. Their honesty for workmanship and costs, etc, speaks hugely for their integrity. They responded quickly and always professionally, whenever we contacted them. They let us know when to expect them, on the job site. We could trust them, while inside our home, without worry about theft or abuse to our dogs. Our job was not an easy one... therefore, changes were made, on site, but only after they consulted with us. They were so respectful and honest. Our job also ended up costing less than the original quote, and Larry kindly subtracted those lesser costs from our final payment. I would recommend them, highly, for so many reasons. We love our new unit, but we also love knowing that we can count on Freedom Comfort Services, LLC, for any future relations. THEY ROCK!!

Worst contractor I ever hired !!!!!! Had to chase this guy to find out when he was coming!!! EXCUSE EXCUSE EXCUSE !! DID ""VERY POOR JOB" install compressor in front of a window( WINDOW DOES NOT OPEN NOW) said he would not move it!!!!! Secured an 80lb compressor using plastic cable ties???? said he forgot BOLTS!!!! said he would install bolts when he came pack to install hot water heater. Never showed on day he said!!!! I FIRED HIM !!!!!!!!
