Mr. Raffensberger was extremely knowledgaable and was careful to do everything right and to a very high quality. Fees were very reasonable. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!

I have used Freedom Comfort Services in the past installing mini-split system and now (at another house) replacing an oil furnace with gas. They are priced better than the other companies that I got quotes from AND they took the time to measure the spaces in the house to know what I would need. They communicated great and were always punctual. When our old furnace went out they worked quickly to order a new one and when it came in, made sure it was installed that day. You can tell that they care! That's important to me.

Reliable, on time, respectful of my home and property, made sure I understood how they worked and how to maintain the mini-splits and heat pump. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I used Freedom Comfort for new Central Air unit and furnace. Brian did great job and completed work in timely manner. Larry was thorough in breaking down different systems and performance. We are waiting to hear back to schedule another service with them.

Super fast - they were here within 1 hr of my contacting them. I was very appreciative that they didn't immediately try to sell me a new unit - the technician took the time to look over our equipment and cleaned some things and now it is working correctly. The service call was extremely reasonable about 1/3 of the cost of the company I have used in the past (just to come out and diagnose an issue) - when we are ready to replace, I will definitely have them do the work.

I appreciate it when a contractor comes in and doesn't recommend a total replacement of the item. This contractor gave me options to think about. He repaired my water heater, even though it is old and does need to be replaced. He left me with the option that when I want to replace it, he gave me his cost and card. I will definitely call him when I can get my funds together.

Brian was very quick to respond for the quote. He was able to complete the job. Very nice and approachable person. Cost was very affordable and reasonable. It was his Birthday this day and he arrived on time and finished the job quickly. Thanks for the excellent service. I would use your company again for any other job.

Quality work. Brian installed a new furnace and a.c., ran the new gas line and even got rid of my 275 gallon oil tank. (and oil burning furnace) Brian's dad, Larry, set up what kind of equipment would work best for me and gave me many options. Like I said, quality work at a reasonable price. They take pride in their work. Something you don't see much today.
