Frank's Marble & Granite Fabrication

Carmine helped us every step of the way and he was very knowledgeable about countertop materials. He actually talked us out of quartz countertops since the bigger companies don't back up their products and explained to us why granite is superior to quartz. I cannot stress enough how nice it is to work with someone local and who cares about his customers. For example, we were not sure if we had found the right color slab at his place so we went to a distributor he recommended. It turned out to be a waste of time. The type of granite we selected was known for falling apart as it is fabricated and even after installation. The distributor made no mention to it once we picked it out but Carmine explained we would need to sign a waiver if we decided to go with that type of granite and this was actually backed up by several articles I found online about that type of granite. That made us not want to go anywhere else because we knew he would only sell us quality material for a reasonable price, even better than the big box stores. We had questions throughout and everyone that works there was very patient. We felt like we were in good hands throughout the process. The installation went amazingly well and he has employees that care about what they do. It took about a half a day to install and we could not be more pleased. They were punctual and professional. Looks beautiful. We were out of town so didn't see the job until 3 weeks after it was done.Couldn't be more pleased. They don't need anyone watching them to make sure they do a great job.Wish I needed another counter top.

They did a great job. When we stopped in to look at what they had they were actually closed and the owner allowed us to come in and spent an hour and a half with us showing us everything. They did a great job explaining how to care for the granite. And we are very pleased with their service.

First, we visited their shop and worked with them to pick out two slabs of Granite. Once selected, they sent an employee to make a template of our cabinet tops and tub. He was professional and precise. After the template was done, Frank's promised the Granite would be installed within 10 business days and that's exactly what happened. The Granite crew arrived on time on the 10 tenth day and proceeded to install the beautiful tops. Once again, they were totally professional and completed the job within a few hours. They even applied grout by mixing with our wall paint so that it would not be noticeable. Very nice touch. I highly recommend Frank's and certainly will use them again for any of our Granite or Marble needs.

My initial contact with Carmine of Frank's occurred before I had even moved in to the house. I arranged for them to come down and give me an estimate, and once I had moved in we went ahead with the work. I have to say that they did an incredible job, and the finished result is gorgeous. They replaced two sections of countertop, and also replaced the covering for a large island in the kitchen. The whole job was well coordinated with my plumber and came off without a hitch. The guys were pleasant and a pleasure to have working in my home. All in all I was extremely satisfied with both Franks and the finished product.

We visited Frank's to look at granite for the kitchen counter tops. The 1st visit we were looking to see the different slabs that they had in stock. We did a second visit to determine which slabs would work with the colors that are in our kitchen area. The second visit we meet with Carmine and he was able to answer all the questions that we had. He is a great guy to work with. We had all the measurement for the counter tops for them. They were able to send us a price for the counter tops and installation. We did a third site visit to look at one slab again to make sure that was what we wanted. We meet with Carmine again and he was again able to answer all the questions that we had. We talked about the installation and pricing and said we would leave him know in a few days. We got in the car and drove around the block and came back and signed the contract with Carmine. We knew when we left this is the company we wanted to deal with. They set up a date to do the digital measurements to verify our measurements and edging that was to be used. The tech that did this knew what to do and could answer questions how the granite would be installed because at times he would help with installs himself. We also scheduled a date to go to Frank's to look at the two slaps that were to be used for our counter tops to see the the colors and grains that were in the granite. We approved the ones that were chosen. The day of the installation the men arrived on time and knew what to do and how to install the tops. Everything fit and went together just like a glove. The new counter tops look great and add a new look to our kitchen area. Carmine, and all of Frank's employes were great to work with on this kitchen project. Thanks Carmine for all your help! We really enjoyed working with Frank's. You can tell this is a family owned business that has a passion for quality and craftsmanship and cares about their customers. Everyone was friendly and professional. They went out of their way to answer questions and explain the process, materials and selections. The information and advice they gave on color, stone types, and counter-top care allowed us to make informed and confident choices. We received real value for the money at Frank's Marble and Granite, and, in the end, a beautiful work of art for a counter-top.

They could not perform the work as it presented risk of damage to my granite.

Dealing with Frank's was a great experience from start to finish. This is a family owned and operated business for over 40 years. Frank took the time to show me around the plant and explained how the granite is cut and polished. Carmine was a pleasure to deal with, was very direct and honest, and had many good suggestions. Their installation team did the work on the date promised, were literally in and out in about 3 hours, and the work transformed my kitchen. The in-house measurements led to a perfect fit. They suggested that we build up my existing cabinetry about 1/2" to ensure ease of removal of my dishwasher in the future if needed. I was concerned about the color match - but it was perfect! My house was spotless when they left. I am a big fan of customer service, and you can do no better that Franks. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for granite, marble, or related products.

They were very good. They have been in business for a number of years. They are up with the high tech. I went to visit the plant and they showed me the granite. They explained how they were going to do it and what the process would be. It was just like they said. I was concerned about the granite around the seam and they had a quick method to pull it together, less than a 30th second of an inch. I am very happy with it. After the kitchen was installed, they did the laser points and did a drawing of the granite. When it was delivered, it was right on. They did what they said they were going to do.

Couldn't ask for a better group of people. They are by far the most outgoing and friendly company we've ever dealt with. Answered all questions and never made us feel as if we were a bother. Kept us up to date on everything. The best prices and a huge variety. You have to see it to really understand the scope of their business and selections. Their installers were great guys. Explained everything to us about the counter top, the dos and don'ts and everything we needed to know about the new counter top.

Their prices were low. They responded quickly with a good turnaround time. Their installation was good too.

Frank's Granite did a marvelous job with the fabrication and installation of our 9' x 5' and 2and quot; thick Carrara Marble Kitchen Island top. This company provided absolutely first-rate service from the moment we arrived at their office/plant through installation. We were kept up to date on when installation would occur which allowed us to coordinate with our plumber. The crew that did the actual installation was amazing - on-time, personable and extraordinarily hard-working. No detail escaped their eyes as they made sure the installation was perfect. Fabrication was exactly as we requested - edges were perfect and the measurements were incredibly accurate. No detail was left to chance. The company consists of the owner, Frank, and family members and skilled craftsmen. Each and every one of them was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with from the beginning to end.
