CREATION PAINTING

We hired Creation Painting on short notice. We were able to get on the schedule very quickly...we found out why later. One of the items in the scope of work was missed. Some of the line work was wavy and needed to be redone (which we redid ourselves by hand). We had to do additional scraping (with a razor blade) of the glass panes in our railing. We found several significant scratches on our hardwood floors after they left, after repeated warnings for them to exercise great care, and blamed it on the hardwood floor installer. The floors in question are brand new (installed within the last year). Other contractors who previously performed work in that area did not damage the floors. When we pointed these things out, they called us "demanding" Aside: when we went for supplies, he was the only person in the paint store not wearing a mask. We had the work split into two jobs and only received a receipt for one. The owner found out about my review on Google (this is a verbatim copy) sent some harassing texts, and threatened suit.
