A dream come true We've always wanted under the cabinet lighting but didn't think it was possible. The owner of Omega electric and there wonderful crews made this possible. Probably the best electricians in the tri-state. I have referred several of my friends and they've all got the same things to say about them as I do thank you omega electric for all your hard work

Service was top-notch and professional, as well as being reasonable. Every step was explained to me along the way, and the electricians were prepared for the unexpected, especially in my older home. I would gladly call Omega again for any electrical needs.

it took full 2 hours for 2 technicians to finish one ceiling fan installation.

Poorly. I was disappointed that one of the main projects I wanted done was not completed. He told me he'd give me "an estimate to come back." No way!

Not very professional, some jobs not completed, didn't seem very knowledgeable. Offered me an estimate to come back and complete a job that was ridiculous. I was told wiring was bad for outside light but he never tested it.

Omega Electric called 30 minutes ahead and showed up on time during the promised time period, they explained what they can perform and finished the job very nicely. Would definitely consider hiring them again.

Find if waiting for a permit for weeks on end to find out it was never put in for is go. Ha no really they dropped the ball

Late arrival but work went very well once they arrived. Both were very courteous and professional. They explained in simple terms how they would go about completing the work. The jobs were completed within the allotted 4 hours and the clean-up was thorough.

It went well! They were able to correct everything on my to do list. Very satisfied.

They did a great job figuring out how to solve the hardwiring for both appliances and were pleasant and fair in pricing

GREAT. Rob and Anthony showed up right on the planned arrival time and got straight to it. They found several "suspect" problem areas and provided suggestions and made corrective actions that were generally focused on bringing all those generations of rework all up to current standards. New outlets were installed in addition to several 'home runs' to alleviate overloading of some of the runs. The work was done expediently but with concern for good quality. At the end of my budget, there were a few items that were lower priority that were listed and will be followed up on for the future but the immediate concerns were all addressed. I would have no hesitation to rehire or recommend Omega/Bob and Anthony for electric work.

Very well: was alerted to their arrival; arrived on time; listened carefully to what I wanted done; appropriately requested directions and clarifications; alerted me to any discrepancies between what I wanted done and what could be done; worked well within the time window; courteous and respectful at all times.

He was very generous with pricing. Did extra work that he didn’t have to do. Very professional.

Everything went smoothly. 3 men showed up for the work as I was installing 4 ceiling fans into rooms where there were not light fixtures before. The only mark I can see was a 4" line from where they ran the wires down to the wall switch. I am very happy with the quality of work performed.

They brought my electrical system up to code, installed new fixtures in several rooms and outdoors. It went great.

They were wonderful! Omega sent 2 very skilled electricians who were fast and efficient. Jobs were completed so quickly and the guys were very polite and pleasant to work with!

The company made quick contact and scheduling was a breeze. The crew arrived right on time, and they were friendly. However, I was never presented with an estimate on the cost of materials, and was shocked when I was presented with a bill that exceeded to cost I had already paid! They were charging over $100 for the materials to install one outlet! After seeking to another professional electrician, I have learned the mark ups were more than significant (between 50-100%)! To make it worse, the crew left a mess behind that I had to clean up myself.

They did a good job but were expensive. They were efficient but buy your own fixtures and equipment, don't buy from them.

Installed a ceiling fan in an old house w/ knob and tube wiring. Confirmed the fan hanger box was adequate for the job and performed the work quickly and were very tidy and respectful guys. There was some last minute switch of guys who were to do the job at the last minute but this only delayed things by a few minutes and still w/in the apt. window; just delayed the planned arrival time estimate by a small amount. Guys were young but solid and respectful. There were evidently some concerns expressed by another job owner regarding their age which led to the switch. But the guys that did my job did everything to spec and i've asked specifically for them again to do another fan install - so no hesitations at all to rehire.

Two kids showed up, one of whom seemed to be brand new. They did not install the light, claimed they were unable to run a new line from the basement breaker box. But they could have tapped into the existing power in the room. They were also unable to figure out what was wrong in my bedroom wiring, claimed they were baffled. They did repair the wiring in one room, which turned out to be a loose wire. I called their office to speak to the owner/manager three times and was told he would call me back which he never did. Extremely disappointed. I will hire another electrician to do the work they should have done. Money wasted and I would not hire them again.
