Everyone was very helpful from the moment I contacted the company until our project was completed. The owner gave a lot of information on our issue on the phone and made suggestions. The scheduler was very polite and courteous and the crew (Rob & Hector) was very nice. They showed up on time, they were fast, polite and cleaned everything before they left. We would definitely hire them again.

Omega Electric did a great job for us on 2 separate occasions. Both with the installing of an outlet on our kitchen island and a ceiling fan in our family room that has a cathedral ceiling. On both occasions the team was professional and sensitive to our 2 yr old son running around. The work was done correctly with out any hiccups. We'd highly recommend Omega Electric.

Spoke to the Owner Chuck on a Monday, He scheduled the service for Thursday. Nobody showed up. When I called, they said they didn't put in the calendar. F -- no show.

Had the same team out twice as first time the paperwork was misplaced for my breaker layout. Even after the second time I still have yet to receive any labels.

Very good. All work was done in the time allotted. Workers were friendly. They could have cleaned up a little better but overall I am very happy with the job. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

It went wonderfully. The crew here [Rob and Hector] were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. They were punctual and called each morning when they were on thier way. They cleaned up after themselves and tarped every work area off each day. The work has transformed the look of our house, the ambiance and elegance the lighting has provided is phenomenal. Wayne's estimates never changed and he charged what he estimated, he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We have already received estimates for additional work.

I called numerous electricians and had to leave messages but Omega actually answers the phone and they came out the same day!! We had no electric in one room and they were able to track down the problem quickly and fix it. They were very professional and personable. Would recommend Omega to anyone!!

Excellent company to deal with from scheduling to getting the job done. They did a great job on all of the projects. We will be calling them again on future projects.

The electrician was punctual. He was not very professional. He left all of the trash, wire wire clippings Etc on our garage floor. Also left cigarette butts in the garage.

I recommend Omega Electric. They provided outstanding customer service from the front office and the electricians were excellent. I purchased the materials before the service and was prepared to make adjustments at the time of service. In total, six (6) electrical projects were completed in 5 1/2 hours. Thank You Very Much from a Satisfied Customer.

The two workers were knowledgeable and were able to diagnose and repair the electrical issues I had.

The fans and the ceiling fixture were installed as I needed them, and work perfectly. The wall light work did not happen, however, because Nick warned me, that it will require opening the drywall, and that he and his coworker would not be able to restore the wall to the clean look. I appreciated his warning, and decided to delay this work until I have somebody, who would be able to complete it to my standards. Unfortunately, that meant that the job was done sooner than the time I've paid for, but I cannot blame the Omega technicians for this: they were open and true about their capabilities, and it was my decision not to proceed with the complicated work.

Good. Two of three jobs were done well. Didn't have plug in truck for basement job.

The deal is not as it appears. I bought 4 hrs of work for 199.00. I was told I needed 2 workers so only 2 hrs. So one worker stands around watching the other work. The guys were very nice and respectful but they only got part of the job done and they didn’t tell me I had the wrong part so they put in something I didn’t want. Frustrating!

They two technicians arrived about 20 minutes late. They seemed to dilly dally a bit...meandered. They took their time working on one ceiling fan...took a private phone call, listened to loud rap music, interacted in a social way (sharing phone pictures) and just, generally seemed to be wasting a lot of time. They poked multiple holes in the ceiling and did a very substandard patch repair. It was not explained to us why they didn't just go through the attic, which already had electric, which is how we've seen it done before. They did clean up the mess they made but we were certainly not expecting to have to fix the repair they did to the ceiling. They only did one ceiling fan, even though we thought they'd have time for other work, based on previous conversations. They, actually, stayed longer than expected...but charged us. They were told we could install the fan...only needed the electrical work...but they installed the fan and then charged us for the additional time. They technicians were, generally, not very professional and we would not recommend nor use this group again.

What an AMAZING crew to work with. I will be calling them in the future for all my electrical needs. Thank you for everything Omega Electric!!

The technicians arrived on time and got right to work. I explained my issues and Nikolas troubleshooted the issues and was able to complete all 3 of my "tasks" in the allotted time I had pre-purchased from Angie's List. He did excellent work and both he and his associate were professional. I will use Omega Electric for future electrical work.
