Friendly, prompt and professional service. I had an unresponsive undercabinet light. They knew exactly where to look and fix the problem. Easy to work with. They have a text messaging system that tells you when you are scheduled and when the technicians are on their way. Very useful. Would definately use again. Price is in line with area norm. Recommend you call if you have an unusual problem to get a sense of how long it might take and what supplies you may need.

This was a rare experience for me. The work was scheduled quickly and the 2-man crew arrived on time. They did their work expertly with time to spare, so they performed a bonus inspection of my circuit panel. But Mike went even further. One of the dimmer switches that I supplied was faulty, and Mike called back the next day (Saturday) on his own time without charge to install the replacement switch. That was above and beyond.

Rob came over and did an amazing job. Explained the work he needed to do and workmanship was perfect. He cleaned up after he was done and even offered to help me move my freezer to new outlet.
