Omega Electric

The electricians were both great and knowledgeable, however, I did have to buy an extra hour of time at an inflated rate of $125 per hour and felt that they should have completed all my projects within the allowed time of the initial 4 hours.

The work was supposed to be for 4 hrs. They left for 45 minutes to pick up the proper lightbulbs and came back with the wrong ones. When I installed the right lightbulbs I found out that the sockets were crooked.

Nik, the service tech, was one of the best ever. Omega is superb at letting you know when tech will actually arrive. Like most others, your time is first given as a 2 hour window. Then, the day of service, you're sent a reminder. About the beginning of the 2 hour window you receive a text saying approximately when to expect tech. along with a map showing where tech is, how far away, how soon to arrive and provided name an comtact info for service tech. A very impressive overall experience.

Omega was very responsive, punctual, and professional. The communication was great from start to finish and Rob and team were great once they arrived at our house. Will definitely hire again.

It turned out well. Two people came out and it took a little under the two hours of the Big Deal. They patched up the wall, but I wish they would've done a better job with that. They did a good job. I didn't have any problems.

Everything went very well, our outdoor light after years and years is working again! All the interior changes look great as well. They left the house as clean as it was before. Highly recommended!

It went perfectly well. I have no issues. The electricians arrived on time, were courteous and friendly, understood what I required, and performed the work quickly and quietly - that last I say only because the baby was around and he wasn't disturbed at all. They cleaned up when finished. All in all it was a completely stress free. I'd hire them again.

Omega Electric was great from start to finish. Wayne listened carefully to what we wanted as he wrote the proposal and gave us additional advice on some issues not related to the current job. Robert and Chris spent the day with us, did all the work, solved the problems, checked with us when they needed to, and left the house as clean as they found it. They were terrific and we will be eager to hire them again.

After clarification that the Angie's List offer included parts, along with the labor, everything went smoothly. Dan and Nick (installers) were polite, courteous, and professional. We would definitely consider Omega Electric for future electrical work.

Everything was great. They were very professional and more than accommodating. Took just about 2 hours for the work, and they were even willing to help out on a broken light socket, but did not have the piece they would have needed with them. But the fact that they checked and willing to take care of it, I will be using them again in the future.

They called me to confirm the appointment. They were even flexible when I was running late. They were quick and tidy. I felt like I could leave them alone in the house and trust them. They put it where I wanted it, even though it was an inconvenient spot.

Great! The guys arrived on time and accomplished much more than others that I have used in the past, in much less time. They even helped fix some sloppy work that a previous electrician had done. Very pleased and will definitely call again.

It was great. They gave me a 10% coupon for the next one if I need them. I'd give them 12 on a scale of 1 to 10.

The work was outstanding and perfectly done.

Worked very well with respect to power - everything is working as it should in the house now and all appliances work without tripping. Things that didn't go well. It was a surprise when they said that they won't plaster the wall after the circuit board is replaced and I had to bring someone else to do it (additional dollars). Additionally, while they were working they seemed to have brought down the drain pipes and didn't put it back and now I have to bring some one else to put it back correctly.

Outlets were installed quickly, securely & level. Weather resistant covers were installed @ each location to include GFI's where required, locations were cleaned up professionally & existing materials (old cover & outlet) @ one location were left in a plastic bag. I was disappointed they forgot to tell me they did not seal one hole made thru our brick outside wall.

It went quite well. There were a couple of issues but they resolved them. The price was okay. It was a fair price. It wasn't like it was a great deal like I got the best price ever. The price was good. They did better than the other contractor. When they fell short, they responded and they came back out. They solved the issues. He was always on time. They came out three times and they were there when they were supposed to be. I have some more work on another unit. I would probably give them a call and schedule them to come in. I liked their responsiveness. They were responsive and they did his work.

i don't remember anything bad about any of the contractors i ever hired on Angies list.

ok. They didn't seem familiar with how to use angie's list and the deal wasn't as advertised
