Jr Lamey Contracting

This Company is Great at Removing and putting back on siding, Not so good at French drain project. My brother and myself re-did both sides of the house, pertaining to the French drain.

We were pleased at first, but towards the end we made the mistake of making the final payment before the work was completed. They said they needed the money, so we trusted them to finish the work. Now they refuse to come and finish the job. We have been asking them to finish the work for more than a year, but they have moved on to other jobs since they already got their money and have zero incentive to finish our work. Here is a list of things that we are waiting for them to finish. And for over a year they having been saying “We will come by soon to finish” Window trim and floor finishing Finish siding in several places Attach lightning rod that was removed when the siding was put up. We are still waiting for them to install screens for new window on third floor The gutters that they installed are leaking in several places And, they left fiberglass insulation scattered on the lawn instead of cleaning up their work.

Great! My wife and I are very happy with there craftsmanship. They are very professional and easy to work with. I think they are very fare on prices compared to other contractors. We will recommend them to others and use again !

The work was very professionally done and I couldn’t be happier. He did the roof on my daughters house and I was more than 1000 miles away the whole time but everything was done right and without any trouble for my daughter. I would definitely hire again. Also the price was shockingly good for the quality of work received.

JR and his wife were amazing. They are very friendly and professional. I have waited 10 years for a roof over my deck and they sure didn’t disappoint. I would definitely highly recommend using their service for any construction needs.

The Lamey’s are wonderful contractors! They went above and beyond in our fixer upper. Everything basically needed done in my house. From the roof to the siding. We had termite damage, which was fixed, and trees were taken down. Beautiful windows were installed and new doors. Great care was given. Do I want them to come back and do many more projects? Yes! Yes!

Project went was completed on time and on budget. Unexpected costs were handled very fairly. Overall great job!

Great! The shingle color Wayne suggested is perfect. He had to trim a tree, which he did without charging extra. Everything was well planned; Their experience really shows! I highly recommend them.

I was so impressed with their work and clean up but they were great to work with and did everything to make sure we were happy with the job . They are wonderful to work with and look forward to working with them again.

He is wonderful. He is the best thing I've ever had who did a work for me. He does it on time and he does not play around. He cleans up when he is done. I don't have to clean up after. He is someone that I will prob use forever. His attitude is nice, very polit, and honest. The price never changes. He comes on your requested schedule. He is a wonderful worker. There is nothing bad I can say about him. He is just awesome. The is the greatest.

The retaining wall was a big job. Jr had it done in a reasonable time and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. My composite front porch turned out more beautiful than I had ever imagined! He took exactly what I had wanted and turned into the real thing. He did an amazing job with both projects and is very reasonably priced. I would definitely hire Jr again for any job around my house.

Excellent job installing our vinyl siding. We also got new gutters, soft and fascia. The color I wanted was hard to get but, he was able to get exactly what we wanted. I will be in touch with him for future projects. Very hard working and honest.
