Ulrich’s V-Tech Pro Mechanic’s Small Engine Repair & Service

I have a power assist push mower that I haven't had any work done to it for probably 7 years and the power assist was getting weak. I took my mower to Ulrich's, he had finished the work with just a few day which was great as my grass blew up almost overnight. The mower worked like it hadn't in years, really made easy work of mowing. The power assist was still weak, so I called him up and he got back to me right away. I took my mower back - he discussed some possible causes. Brian does take a lot of time explaining what was wrong, what he can try and gives you maintenance/operating tips so your operation will last better, longer. So I left my mower with him and headed home. I didn't even make it home before he was calling saying he's pretty sure it has it fixed and asked for my home address so he can bring to my house. I get home literally minutes before he shows up and sure enough, the power assist could now drag me up a hill. Everything you could ask for; friendly, professional, prompt and capable. Since he was at my house, I had him take my snow blower to get that worked on. I will not go anywhere else as long as he is in business.

Brian was thorough in diagnosing the problem and successfully repairing it. He was timely in his communication and delivery.

Brian did an excellent job, fixed pressure washer and explained what was wrong and showed me how to store it for the winter, snow blower starts easy and runs smooth now that he tuned it up ready for winter, i will be taking my mower to him asap

My husband was mowing the lawn Thursday evening, and all of a sudden our lawn mower was not working appropriately. I called Ulrich’s V-Tech Pro that evening and left a voicemail. He called me back almost immediately and set up time to come to our house the next day. When he got here, he was very professional and friendly, he took our lawn mower back to his shop, and he returned it back to us that SAME day, and for a very reasonable price. We’ll use them going forward and for our snowblower too.

Brian picked up the snowblower and had it up and running the same day. He returned it next day and it sounds amazing considering it's age. Very reasonable for the time and parts and a small extra fee for pick up and delivery. However very worth it and highly recommend.

I was extremely happy my V-Tech experience. Within 2 days of contacting Brian, he came to my house to pick up my mower. He completed the work and returned ny mower, washed shiny clean, within 2 days. I found him to be polite and cordial and he explained, in common terms, the various things he did to complete the job. My mower has been running very efficiently this mowing season.
