Tidy Castle Enterprises

We had a bad experience with Tidy Castle. I don't often write reviews, but my wife and I needed to share this one. We hired them to paint 3 rooms (walls & ceilings) in our new house. But it is very clear that they didn't properly cover our floors or furniture. They left ceiling paint specs, dust, & dirt all over our furniture, floors, & kitchen surfaces. They also left a large paint stain on our living room carpet that they didn't tell us about, but later admitted to doing. The solution they offered was to bring a carpet cleaner and clean, but because of their unprofessional work, we didn't trust them back in our house. We tried to get a refund for the work, but the owner declined and then threatened to come after us if we took it to small claims. We never received a penny back from them. And the icing on the cake, they posted over 10 pictures of the inside of our house on their Google business page without asking our permission (and the pictures show our uncovered furniture & floors!). They are lucky we don't have the time or energy to fight them in court. Best I can do is share my story, and advise you to hire a different company, there are plenty of options.
