Description of Work: John & Dell did a great job repairing water damaged plaster ceiling and repainting whole ceiling of a large room with many beams. Very pleased with workmanship and cleanliness.

+ 2 moreoThe work Kozlowski Building Contractor did went very smoothly. This firm is always well coordinated with work proceeding in a logical order. There were no delays, no waiting for supplies or other craftspeople to take care of their components. I am very pleased and satisfied with the results. They did a much larger project for us several years before this one which is why I had them do the project described. In 2005 John and crew completely restored that 1820 stone house my family and I had lived in for almost 35 years with holes in the floors, plaster and stone filler crumbling from the walls and many other defects. It was a house that had been pretty well destroyed. . .but, it had such good bones. John and his sub-contractors did a super job in restoring it to it's original beauty.
Description of Work: A small stone building near my home required major restorations: flooring, windows, roofing,wall repair, electrical upgrades, etc.

Description of Work: we covered stucco over brick. Just in one spot the brick outline could still be seen. They came back and what a wonderful job. we could not be happier. These things happen, the service and final look of the job could not be better.

+ -1 moreJohn and his helper were professional. The work was done quickly and beautifully. What a change to our home. It took about 7 working days. I could hardly tell they were working on my home. They were quiet and kept the area cleaner then they found it. We are very happy with the look.
