+ 0 moreThere was a bit of a delay with the shipping, but that wasn't the fault of Stereo Barn. Installation was excellent. The set-up team was on time, skilled, thorough; they answered all questions, explained details, were careful of surroundings...all in all a very good experience!
Description of Work: When spending a large amount on a TV, we expect to deal with people who know what they are d***. Stereo Barn has excellent sales service; their staff is small and long term. Our salesman spent time, answered all questions, did not pressure, and gave us honest input re. size, brand, cost, etc.

+ 1 moreThey are great on following up and check up with you to make sure everything is working okay. If there is a problem, they can talk you through it on the phone or they can send someone out. The TV that I bought from them is excellent. They're a small, independent store and their service people are very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: They hooked up our new TV and set up our new laptop to connect it.
