Pat's Mighty Movers

Pat and Ryan were phenomenal. They worked great together and you could tell they were seasoned professionals. They worked tirelessly, and hustled the whole time. Couldn’t ask for more professional, or better movers. Would highly recommend!! Also, I would contact Pat’s Mighty Movers directly, as I did, and NOT hire them through U-haul, as U-haul gets a cut they don’t deserve, as they did nothing to add to the physical moving process. Elizabeth in the office was pleasant and very professional. The moving experience could not have gone better, do to Pat’s Mighty Movers!! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Used them seamlessly to unload a 20' storage pod last year, and they had worked professionally and efficiently, so we booked them again when we moved again this year, this time to load and unload a 26' Uhaul truck. They called the day before to confirm our 8:30am appointment, so we assumed that all was well. But then they didn't show up at the appointed time, and didn't answer our repeated phone calls or emails up until we finally gave up about 6 hours later and had to scramble to find an alternate last-minute mover for the next day which was incredibly stressful and expensive. We waited so long to call it a complete no-show because, as repeat customers, we genuinely believed that there must have been a horrible accident for them not to show up. But they never returned our calls or emails. Unreliable, untrustworthy, and wasted our entire planned moving day.

Got a quote on a Wednesday and agreed for them to come out on Sunday of the week. They were supposed to be here at 8:30 AM. I called them at 8:30 AM. A woman answered the phone then it got disconnected. Got the answer machine when I called again. No one has gotten back to me yet. They could at least called and said they couldn't make the job. Complete no-show. Thankfully I didn't give them any deposit. However, this did cost me my time and inconvenience. I had to find someone else to do the job at short notice which was really difficult. Something to keep in mind: Small jobs lead to bigger jobs in the future.
