 + -1 moreTERRIBLE Move - Movers ! I went through the house in detail & told them what to move and what NOT to move. When I was not watching the took a Calif King Beautyrest Mattress with internal baffles out of the house, Folding It! to get it down the stairs, out the door, and then to put it back! When put back on the frame it had a large hard Hump about 4" x 3 feet. We tried to 'put it back' by punching it, bouncing on it with our butts, etc. It did not Get Fixed! I submitted a claim to their insurance company and they said "the padding had been put back into place" - NOT! They do NOT honor their committments. Peter C
