Yes, I recommend this pro
$80
They have a good products and they know their products. They do a good job and they are easy to work with. However, their servicing is a little on the high side price-wise.

We took one of our two garden tractors to them for a major overhaul.  They provided a very high estimate, indicating that replacement of the tractor would be the more economical option.  As a result of this estimate we bought a new "Zero Turn" lawn mower from them.  The dealer preparation they did of the zero turn mower was substandard.  The engine had a tendency to flood and stall, making it difficult to use.  We took it back to the shop after only two months and asked them to diagnose & remedy the flooding and difficult starting under warranty.  They did the work but billed us time and materials, telling us this was not covered under any warranty - theirs or the manufacturers.
We also took them other outdoor power equipment for diagnosis and repair.
1. The first was a walk-behind mower.  They diagnosed it as unrepairable and charged us for 2 hours labor for the privilege.  (We let them scrap the mower, which in hindsight appears to have been a mistake.)  2. The next item was a string trimmer that had starting problems.  Again, a generous billing and an only marginal improvement in the trimmer's performance.  Subsequently the starting problems have returned.3. The third item was a snow thrower.  They fixed a few problems, but missed others.  Again, the repairs were marginal and the bill was not.
4. The last item we took to them was our second garden tractor.  I had a very specific list of problems they were to diagnose and remedy.  They diagnosed the tractor and provided an estimate, which seemed appropriate for the amount of work that was being done.  I approved the estimate, they completed the work, I picked the tractor up and brought it home, where it worked for only a few seconds before ceasing to move, and then stalling!
The next business day I telephoned them to alert them that the tractor would be returning for a service call-back.  The next weekend I transported the tractor to their shop.  I was quite distressed to watch them lift the tractor with a forklift under the mower deck and move it to the shop area.  (The mower deck is held with only 4 lightweight clips that are not intended to support the weight of the whole tractor.  They should have lifted the mower under the wheels or under the frame.)  On the next business day the owner telephoned to tell me that the tractor was working just fine!  I asked him to PLEASE re-inspect it.  They did so, and I went to pick it up the following weekend.  When I arrived I was presented with another large bill.  I asked if there would be some consideration since it had failed immediately after the previous service visit.  I was given a paltry discount, essentially being billed for another service call, along with an explanation from the owner that he had to cover the wages of his staff.
After paying the bill (right at closing time so there was no opportunity to go back into the store), as the mechanic who had actually done the repairs was helping me load it for transport home he admitted that when it was in for service the first time he had not taken the main drive belt off to measure it.  It looked okay so he assumed it was.  After I insisted they re-inspect the tractor he actually did disassemble tractor and measured the belt.  As he helped me load the tractor he told me it was quite obvious that the belt was stretched beyond usability and should have been replaced during the first visit.  Manor Equipment actually billed me twice for work that they only did once!  The mechanic also informed me that he had noted other problems, but had not bothered to remedy them.  He happily told me that I could buy parts and take care of the problems myself, or they could be remedied when I brought the tractor back for the next round of service!  I was speechless!
This tractor is still not working.  It is presently at another service provider for completion of the repairs that Manor Equipment only said they did!  Other power equipment has also had to be serviced elsewhere.
Because of the admission by the mechanic that he only did the work that he absolutely had to do, and the billing discrepancies noted above I cannot recommend this company.  Our misadventures with Manor Equipment also call into question whether the first tractor and the walk-behind lawn mower actually had to be retired.
