Description of Work: Replacement of concrete steps in front and back of house. |Pros: They were the only company of the dozen I contacted that showed up ready to work. |Reasonable price. |Cons: After they finished the front steps to my satisfaction I made the mistake of paying for the whole job. As a result, they left the bottom of the back steps rough and unfinished. Despite promises, they don't seem willing to come back and finish the job.

+ -1 moreThe work was not done correctly, we had a brick sidewalk and were under the impression that there would be a new concrete sidewalk poured over our brick sidewalk, it was done very poorly and we still have exposed brick. He did not pour any concrete over the old brick sidewalk nothing was done.
Description of Work: re-do side walk by pouring concrete over brick sidewalk( did not do)

+ -1 moreHis proposal and estimate were accurate. His time frame to perform work was accurate. The work performed was 'as stated' and professional. He is very knowledgable in his line of work and the results show it. His price is reasonable and the work is quality in appearance.
Description of Work: Removed existing crumbling concrete cap structures. Rebuilt remaining concrete wall structures. Rebuilt concrete wall caps and finished face of porch walls.
