Ken and his wife own the business and they are both very pleasant, professional and helpful. Ken was able to custom order our shutters to the exact sizes I wanted and told me that his team could take the AC out and repair the wall (which I wasn't expecting). The shutters look great, as our old wooden ones were chipping and in some cases literally falling apart because the were rotted out. We are pleased with the new shutters and how the wall turned out, plus the installation of the shutters was spot on as well. Everything was done as promised in the proposal and they kept to their time schedule.

,The whole job went well, from beginning to end. Work was performed on time and according to schedule. Workmen were respectful and tidy.

The provider showed us different quality and examples of replacement windows. He provided literature so we could review the Energy efficiencies. He came to the house took the measurement and gave us a color bar so we could do color matching on the lamination we wanted. The windows were ordered, installed and done perfectly. Went like a charm. They gave me two options for window replacements so that I could choose what's best for me. I had an issue with a sliding door recently and they answered the phone right away and helped me solve the problem immediately. They are always willing to fix anything If they see that you have wood damage or need more insulation they will do that themselves. They are personable and professional. They also remove all of the old stuff at no additional cost. They will also work with me on financing.
