+ -1 moreHe was the lowest of all the bids. Some of the prices were $8,000, $6,000. He wasn't the friendliest person but he got the job done. I wont use him again because I don't plan on getting more of that work done. Its not him I just have no use for him. There might have been three or four people that did the work, I am not sure because I was on vacation. I know it was more then two.
