 + -1 moreThey did the repairs and everything under warranty. The gentleman was pretty professional. He came in, took a look, clearly articulated what the issue was, took care of getting the parts ordered, and came back and fixed the unit. It was an overall good experience.

 + -1 moreAC broke on a hot summer day. We have home insurance for repairs, so were assigned to this contractor by the insurance company. As promised, they contacted us the next business day to make an appointment for the following business day, which was what we needed. Showed up on time, examined the AC system, including the ducts and vents, fixed the problems (there were several) and were done fast. All is now in working order, very happy. Guy wasn't the friendliest person on the planet, but professional and competent, which is what matters. We're very happy with the service.
