Description of Work: My refrigerator died, so I went to HHGregg by the Lehigh Valley Mall. The salesman (Walter) was helpful and arranged delivery on a Sunday. We ended up buying an electric range and a refrigerator. We were given a window of time for the delivery and arrived before the begining of the window. The delivery driver and the store bot called us 30 minutes before they came. The delivery guys were courteous and professional. They removed the old range and refrigerator and installed the new ones. They were fast and efficient. Overall, a great experience no complaints.

+ 0 moreBought a 42and quot; LG Plasma for approx $500. Broke when 7 months old, still in warranty. Lg has their own repair.people who are as frusted with them as I am. They replaced all the parts but TV still does not work. They don't know what else to do except to replace it but Lg after 3 weeks in repair shop won't do that. They need more time to work on it. Because of this My SuperBowl Party was cancelled and my husband is furious with me for buying it from a company (Hhgregg) that doesn't take care of it's customers complaints. They are no help at all. Please buy from a reputable applicance store that stands behind its product. The price and store help was great, but standing behind the product they sell is not done. I would rather have paid more money for piece of mind. Also, TV cable guy says Lg and Sanyo are the worst TV's to buy. I believe him now. Don't let this happen to you.

+ 0 moreThey were excellent. We checked 9 stores total and they had the best price around. They delivered within 2 days and they were very careful bringing the appliances in side. They did a great job.
Description of Work: We had a washer and dryer delivered and installed.
