Came out in September to measure my door and it is now March 2 and still no estimate. Had call multiple times I had windows done but had wait year for them to be installed. I understand about being busy. I don't feel like value customer which I had other work planned. Then somehow something need to change if you can't keep up with work load. Very disappointed and would of like to continue with them but I have changed my plans. I will get another company that will care.

Everything about my experience with Hahn was superb! When they came to do the quote they pointed out things that the previous two companies didn't even mention, made suggestions based on their knowledge and expertise and asked many questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The quote was received within hours of him leaving my house. It was about the same amount as another company, but I was getting more for the money. I felt very confident in choosing Hahn. The office staff was great to work with. I was always informed of what was going on during the waiting period. When the crew came to install, they were on time, friendly, thorough and went above and beyond. The fence was done exactly as I wished and they even cleaned up rebar, rocks and debris that were in the vicinity. They made my first project in my first home a dream! I will definitely go to them for future needs!

From start to finish, Hahn Exteriors was very helpful. They were quick with responses and helped answer questions and help us get what it was we needed and wanted within our budget. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and everyone we came in contact with on staff was professional and polite.

They were highly professional and did everything we needed. It took a four-man crew a full day and a half to complete the work, but they were working the entire time and the finished product looks great. Price was a bit high but I did not shop around much.

After the meeting to assess the project and take measurements, no one from Hahn ever contacted us again. It's two months since the owner came to our house to get what he needed to complete the estimate. After not hearing anything for several weeks after the home visit, my husband called and the office staff told him the estimate would be sent out when it was finished. We're still waiting. It was a promising start, but absolutely no follow through. At this point, even if an estimate appeared, we would not sign a contract for the work with Hahn.

The estimate was high. It took weeks to get the estimate back.

It was a big job. They were very responsive and professional. We had a problem that we wanted to have resolved, but we were not sure how to resolve it. Mr. Hahn came up with a very creative and attractive way to solve the problem. It had to do with a setting sun view. I was very pleased with that and that was actually why I chose to go with this company because I had two other people come to give us estimates. They really listened to what I wanted done, because I had very specific ideas for most of the deck. They worked with me on my ideas and were professional, courteous and very responsive to what we wanted done. Their scheduling was on target. They were the most expensive of the three prices, but their solution to the problem was the reason we went with them. There was one small issue after they finished and when I called about it they were back here very quickly to correct the little bit of a problem almost immediately. I was impressed with how quickly they responded.

The estimate was reasonable. It appeared the job was sub-contracted out, but not sure about that. We had some issues regarding the install that I made clear to the estimator (Rocks around pool, hill grade) and he assured me would be no problem. when the fence was finished it failed because of code. The estimator told me that, "Someone must have moved that rock." That was crazy to say because the rock weighed almost 600lb. Our landscaper moved our rock, and helped out with the grade so saved the day. Overall, the fence works fine (doors, hinges, etc) but the estimator really seemed to know know simple building codes and was somewhat aloof. I wouldn't use them again, but not sure who else is available in Reading, PA

That was good. We went with someone else because of the time limit.

They had several different styles; I chose the style that I wanted and they built the fence on site, it wasn't a pre-fab fence. They had done a fence before for me. This time around the only negative thing I can say is they were a little bit late in starting the project in relation to when they said they would start. But they worked late to get it done on time so I could move in to my house. I told them what I wanted and they gave me what I wanted; there were no hard sell tactics. They were very professional, the quality of work was excellent and they cleaned up their mess. When they did my first fence they submitted the lowest of three bids and I was very satisfied with my first fence so I called them. Another larger company and Hahn bid on my second fence and Hahn was the lower bid. I was comfortable with their quality of work. I still recommend them to people.

It was a very good experience. They were reliable. They did a good job. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

They said that they would come and put the posts and the cement in, then come back the next day to finish it. However, they were able to finish the work in the same day. They didn't have to cement the posts and come back to finish the work and were just able to drop the posts in. I didn’t have to be home for the work. I only had to make sure the latch on the gate was open so that they could come in. They wanted a third of the cost down, a third when they started the work, and the final third when they finished. I paid them completely up front. They even got the building permit for me and I didn't have to worry about it! I was very pleased with their work!

Hahn inspected the windows that I wanted replaced. He told me that he would contact me with an estimate. it never came. I emailed his office, and also talked to his receptionist. She told me that my name wasn't on the list of property estimates, but she would bring this to his attention. After almost three weeks of waiting, I moved on to another installer. As of today, it is 49 days since Hahn inspected my windows, and I haven't seen an estimate yet.

A friend mentioned them to me and I will not use them again in the future.

I received several estimates, and theirs stood out as the best. Both my daughter and I were very pleased with our entire experience. In fact, she is planning on hiring them again in the near future. We would definitely recommend this company to others.
