+ -1 moreClay worked around my schedule, was able to complete the work in record time and kept a clean workplace. Even though the work involved extensive removal of old plaster, the dust was confined to the immediate work area and did not effect the rest of the house. I know that Clay expected the work to move faster but he did not rush the drying time for the plaster on the stone and left the timing to the plaster.
Description of Work: Clay was asked to estimate complete renovation work on a 200 year old property to ready it for resale. In the course of talking with the buyer, the job was reduced to repairing falling plaster within the house which was caused by roof leaks or moisture coming through stone walls. Due to the age of the house the work required working directly on the stone or on wood lath and did not involve working with plaster board or sheet rock.

+ -1 moreClay and his crew did a good job from start to finish, getting the drywall hung and getting it paint ready for me. I am in the process of planning my next project of trim work with Clay. I highly reccomend, and feel it was a nice job done at a fair price.
