They did a great job and came quarterly. I haven't had any issues since then. I would highly recommend them.

We have paid $375 for two treatments of exterior spray to keep wood boring insects out of the siding and the walls of our home. The first treatment was supposed to cover all the siding and trim and it did some prevention, but not all that was needed. We still had to spray the eaves under our deck roofing to eliminate yellow jackets. We had to call them again two months later when a nest of yellow jackets buried into a tiny gap in our siding. The yellow jacket nest appears to be completely eliminated. Ehrlich came out the same day and were willing to climb on the roof to reach the second floor to eliminate the yellow jacket nest.

Upon arrival, the exterminator (same serviceman for the past two years) walked around the perimeter of my house and found a nest of yellow jackets near my back door. Following application of the usual exterminating liquid throughout my house, basement, attic and garage, he donned his 'beekeeper's suit, hat with netting and gloves' and applied a special solution to the yellow jackets nest. Following this application, he advised that my husband apply caulk to the entry hole after the yellow jackets are gone. Then, he used a handheld 'feeder' and walked around the outside of my house spreading granules over an area about 12 feet from my house that covered the lawn. This material, as he explained, prevents various beetles from entering my home, as tracking through the granules kills them. Finally, he always leaves paper box traps with 'sticky material' (fly-paper) for collecting insects and mice in my basement and garage....it works! These traps are removed every four months when he returns for the next treatment. My serviceman is Michael, who is very personable and professional and always performs a thorough examination and extermination service in my house. We've used J.C. Erlich's for the past 4-years and have been very pleased with the service.

They were punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to alleviate the mice problem. Prior to them coming I had caught 6 mice within 2 months of owning my home. However I was unable to locate their source of entry. They identified possible source of entry and did minor sealing. I took care of some larger sealing they had brought to my attention. I ended up going on a month to month contract with them after initial inspection. I loved that they had convenient Saturday appointments so it wouldn't disrupt my weekly schedule. They have identified and taken care of some drain flies in my basement and centipedes in my living area. I have a young child in the home so it's well worth the cost to protect my home! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for pest service.

This is a terrible company. I pay Ehrlich to protect my home from wood bees. Front porch is so full of bore holes that it is in need of major repair. After I asked for a refund, I was told that my home could not be treated until the bees already drilled holes into the wood. This seems ridiculous. Over the years, I spent thousands of dollars to Ehrlich pest control to protect my home form insects only to have my home destroyed by the pests. To add insult to injury, not only did I not get any type of refund or discount but I was sent a second bill with a "finance" fee tacked on to it. What a joke of a company. Stay away from Ehrlich and find another pest control company.

I called in the morning and the people on the phone were very nice. Even though you get transferred 3 times it wasn't that bad. The lady talked me into doing the year round quarterly plan. This was $225 upfront then $45/month after that. So I signed up and then was transferred to scheduling. They said that they could schedule me that day at either 4:30 or 5:00pm. I asked for 5 and also signed up for the 7 day follow up appointment on 9/13/13 at 4:45pm. At about 4:10 I get a phone call from a number I did not regonize and they did not leave a message. I call back and a guy answers and says that he was just at my house and that he had left. I said my appointment is at 5 and I would be home shortly (it was about 4:20 takes me 10 minutes to get home). He said well I already left and can come on Saturday. I said Saturday didn't work for me. So after hanging up with him I call the main number. I get a nasty woman on the line and I told her that one of there guys had the wrong time for the appointment. She said well we have you down for 4pm. I said well that is wrong, it was for 5pm. (Pulled the paper out of my pocket where both times and dates where written down just to make sure). She had nothing to say. So I said I want to cancel my contract. Her response was "you want to cancel your contract over something so small?". To me, not getting the first appointment right is a big mistake. Not to mention having to leave work early. She offered nothing to help me out. All they needed to do was send someone over to the house or have the driver turn around or even an apology for the mix up. But no she was just nasty and acted like a missed appointment wasn't a big deal and that it wasn't their fault. She didn't try to keep me as a new customer or offer to have me talk to a manager. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional. Also found out from a co-worker just a few minutes ago that the same issue happen to her.

It went very well within a couple of days the amount of roaches has almost diminished.

It was an unmitigated disaster. Please know that this is my fifth review own Angies List and I have always gone there to share what a great experience I have had with a provider and this is my first negative review. A long story short is that my account was assigned to a local store and thats when stuff went really bad. after this first visit, i was never ever bale to get through to get a service call. Not only was the first was nest still active but I found another one in my yard. The technician was great. The problem is getting a hold of the people in his office that dispatch him. In any event, once they had my money and CC information, the service could not have been worse...including a promise to show up at an appointed time slot --only to have no one show up and not even get the courtesy of a call to let me know they weren't coming. In all fairness, it likely isn't that all of Ehrlich is terrible --it is more likely just this one office in Elmsford NY. That said, if you need pest control, the company is probably ok. But if you are assigned to the Elmsford NY location....run fast and run far. They are beyond terrible.

The owner came out and was very nice. The employee came and did the service. He was very pleasant. The jury is still out on how well it works. His auger broke so he didn't get all the containers in the ground properly. He said he would come back and we haven't seen him since. Later, we found some wasp nests and the owner came out and took care of the nests for no charge. We showed him the containers and he said he would take care of it but we still have not seen anyone.

The service man showed up on time and went over the whole property except the 2nd story. Although these types of pests are migratory, I feel he should have also dusted the 2nd floor shutters as well as that is where I eventually seen some more of the hornets/wasps. Also, the bees in my garage are gone but I believe he missed a spot on my deck and above my outside entrance to the basement as well...which I purchased some Raid and that seemed to remedy that for now. Although the service was good I find they are a bit pricy and they do try to upsell you for contracts which I did not purchase for an additional $120 @ mth thru the summer.

First setup treatment was a little high but after that the monthly payment ones will not be bad.Highly recommended by my neighbor.....They come out anything you need them to come out before the next treatment when you call them which I like.

I am very happy with their service. They do a good job. Anytime I call them they are here.

They are very punctual, reliable, and provide good service. If you need service in between your quarterly appointments, they will come out and service you. The man who does our work is professional and friendly and always does good work.

They regularly came in for a routine treatment. They were supposed to do a termite inspection but when we had the house inspected there was evidence of termites, so we had to do a treatment. Other than that incident, everything was fine.

They are good. They come out once every quarter. We have a contract with them. They come out and check the house. We have used them for about twenty years.

Their reputation is great. They are very responsive and have someone on call 24 hours in case I needed them.
