Description of Work: Routine maintenance

Description of Work: Annual inspection of oil furnace and humidifier. Excellent service but was dismayed by the conclusion that I would have to spend 346.19 to make the HONEYWELL HUMIDIFIER active again.

Description of Work: Performed semi-annual maintenance per $249 contract with them. Contract provides 2 maintenance appointments per year plus discount on service calls and parts.

Description of Work: They did a service on my NG furance and water heater. I was told that the coupling that came with the price of service for water heater didn't need replace on water heater. Keep in mind the water heater was not serviced since 2009. It was replaced then with the water heater being 4 years old. In using the 1st service visit in 2009 by a Comfort Pro tech, the technician service the equipment very fast and told me everything was good. Last time they lubericated all the parts and components and this time I didn't see that included. I was very dissatisfied with the service and I called Craig from the Company and left a message and he called me back, but i was in the middle of a deployment briefing and could not take his call, I tried 2 times to call him back and no response. I then emailed Dawn Engle twice and no response. At this point, I still have not been scheduled to have my AC unit serviced, in which I paid for. Very Disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend at this point.

Description of Work: They performed annual maintenance on my heat pump. Service man found that the original installer (not Comfort Pro) had the fan settings wrong so I was not getting enough airflow upstairs. He set it to spec and airflow greatly improved. Service man asked to use the bathroom and was in there for around 10 minutes or more. That's why I gave a lpw mark for professionalism.

Description of Work: They redirected the flow of the air in our system and provided information concerning the health of our unit. Very pleased with their service and knowledge!
