Everything was great! Jacob B. was the Technican and was at my home before. Jacob is very knowledgeable about my Geothermal system and always answers my questions in detail. A true professional and Comfort Pro is lucky to have him! If possible I would request Jacob again to perform any work on my mechanical system. I would also like to say that all of Comfort Pro technicians that have come to my home in the past were excellent and very professional also! Comfort Pro's office staff is very nice also and always accommodating to my needs. They originally installed my mechanical system in my home and did an excellent job; and I know a good job when I see one, because I have worked in the HVAC industry my whole life.

Cole H. from Comfort Pro was my technician. He was very on time, very professional yet friendly. Explained everything he had done or recommended in the future to have done, in a very easy to understand manner. Amazingly, I found out after he had left, that everything in the laundry room (where a/c unit is located) was put back in place perfectly. GREAT job Cole!

Luis was not able to fix it the first day he was here due to a frozen unit so he returned the very next day with no extra charge and got the job done quick and efficiently

The buyer contacted Comfort Pro directly to inquire about the service and the technician not only answered their questions but told them the items were required. Apparently Comfort Pro does not care who their paying client is if they can get additional work they will discuss your business with anyone who calls them. I would not recommend using this company if you value your privacy.

Everything went according to plan. Jake showed up way ahead of time which was very convenient for me. He was very congenial, as always. He put on the protective covers for his shoes upon entering our house - or outside - can't remember that part. After a little conversation he got right down to our geothermal unit to work on replacing the part. Once he completed the job we conversed a little more. Then he made sure everything was back to normal on the thermostat since he had turned the power off. We've had three different members of the Comfort-Pro team to our home - Jake on at least 3 occasions. I am happy with all of Comfort Pro's service team members. Jake, having been here more often, has started to feel like family to me. Great guy!

Technician arrived promptly at the appointment time. Technician was very professional. Did the required service on my heat pump. Bill was exactly $99 like the coupon that I had received in the mail He did not try to sell me any other services which sometimes happens with other company's coupon deals.

I called Comfort Pros and spoke with Rob, who is the man in charge of scheduling the duct cleaning. He answered all my questions thoroughly and without hesitation. Rob warned me that this process may be a bit loud, so I was prepared for loud noise. I needed to schedule the cleaning a month in advance, which was no problem. Brian arrived in the morning and described exactly what he was going to be doing. We took a tour of the house to acquaint him of the ducts. I showed him where the air handler was, and he began. The process started around 8:30 AM and he was finished by 2 PM. First, he cleaned all the supply ducts, then went back and cleaned all the return ducts. He also, cleaned all the vent covers and put them all back on the vents. AND the process was not loud at all! My vacuum cleaner is much louder than this process. Brian was very professional and friendly. He was very accommodating to our dog, who sometimes has issues with noise. He kept me posted as to where he was with the process and how long each step was going to take. I would highly recommend Comfort Pro to clean ducts. They may be a little more expensive, but they are extremely thorough in cleaning. Well worth the money!

It turned out very well. It was over the holidays, and we had no one would do it. We reached them, and they came to the home that day because they knew we had no heat. They made a plan to take care of us and got the heater installed quickly.

They were experienced. The only issue I ever had, it seemed like there was always a problem that needed fixing. I stopped because a free visit always seemed to cost me $1000.

It was the day after New Years and we lost our hot water. I called them that morning and they had a tech out later that day who spent the entire day installing a new hot water heater. The service performed was done swiftly and professionally. I would highly recommend Comfort Pro and have been using them myself for 10 years.

It was wonderful. They call before they come and are very pleasant. They're also very professional. My plan expired the day before my unit failed, and they still helped me. It took them 15 minutes for the one tech to diagnose and fix the problem.

It turned out okay. Their customer service was up and down. One tech was good, and the other tech wasn't doing what he wasn't supposed to do. They didn't put booties on their shoes and tracked some wetness onto my carpet. The first tech was at the home for about an hour, and the second tech was at my home for about 45 minutes.

They were excellent. We usually get a post card in the mail letting us know that the techs will be in the neighborhood in a given week, and that we'd need to call to schedule when they can stop by.

The experiences have been really good and they keep their appointments running on time.

Came on-site for a consultation and examined our oil system to provide a quote from oil to gas heat. Ben was flexible, and willing to add a quote for a new AC system while he was on-site. He was thorough, and noticed a condensation draining issue that was not noticed by the other company that provided a quote. We will be soliciting one more quote, and then choosing a provider.
