I hired CertaPro Painters after getting two other cost estimates. I assumed the well known company would charge more, but to my surprise, they came in below the others. So for me it was a win-win. They provided financing at 0% and completed the job on time. The workers were polite and professional. The company followed up with me after the job was finished to make sure I was satisfied. What more can you ask?

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall price, quality and thoroughness of the job from the exactness of the quote to the finished job. I'm usually not one to hire a franchise type company thinking the price would be inflated and that the workers were transient and found at work and get paid the same day job sites. CertaPro has their own crews, so that was another plus when I decided to hire them. Cashmere brand paint was used and is a high end interior paint from Sherwin Williams and usually runs about $50 a gallon. The contract included two coats and covered beautifully even in a room where a maroon color needed to be painted over. Steve even fixed nail pops which I wouldn't have done if I painted it myself. Anyway I was very pleased with a job well done!

CertaPro is the highest rated painting contractor in the country. They don't need my recommendation or HomeAdvisor's. But I'm happy to have found them through HomeAdvisor. Although we built our own home, a 2,000 sq ft addition, a 3,000 sq ft barn and a large bucket truck building, it is increasingly hard to keep up with everything. Having done all the painting in four buildings up until this point, I know how it should be done. CertaPro Painters does painting the way I would do it; that is the highest recommendation I can give.

Steve was our painter and he covered everything, was polite and professional. After job was finished, he cleaned up and left home in condition he found it. We are very happy with our finished paint job.

They were wonderful to work with! We had the exterior of our house painted and asked for it be sprayed. When they came to paint the exterior of our house, the Foreman took the time to paint a sample section of our house with a paint roller and explain to us why rolling the exterior of our house would give us a better result than spraying. I am so grateful that he took the time to do this! Our house looks like a new house! We had a crew of 3 men who were all hard-working, courteous and put up with my dogs. I would recommend that you hire them!

They subcontract out the work, the job pitched/sold to us is still not done. Three weeks later, a 2 to 3 day job is still not completed and interrupting our lives..We were willing to pay their premium price because we thought, the salesman was representing the quality we would receive. That couldn't have been further from the truth. I have scratches in my white porcelain kitchen sink (they cleaned paint brushes in our sink) paint on my kitchen floor,they used my vacuum to vacuum the carpets and the spackle dust.. On the last day of the job they decided not to cover any of my furniture, I came home to a quarter inch of spackle dust on everything on the main floor of my house! You could probably guess by now who was left to clean that up! They left light fixtures hanging from the ceiling when the job was "completed" honestly the list goes on..to say we are disappointed is an understatement.

They did a great job in painting. They filled in all the nail holes in the walls before painting. I was patching a hole with drywall and they finished taping it for me. They would call me at night with a progress report. Their customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend CertaPro to anyone.

I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters for Interior House painting. From the pre inspection to the actual painting job to the clean up and post inspection, it was all handled in a very professional manner. When I had trouble choosing colors, Tim wanted me to be sure of my choices, so he arranged for a color pro from the paint company to come out to the house and help me with ideas. I love the results! When a small area was painted in the wrong color ( I had several colors on different walls), they promptly stood by their work and came and gladly made it right! A+ work!
