Excellent contractor. All professionals showed when Chris said they would, were courteous and experienced. (Inspector that came to see the basement before the drywall was up said that workmanship was from experienced people.) Chris was available for any issues throughout and answered any questions within 1-2hrs. He submitted the permit request at the earliest available date. From beginning work to end, the project took 2 1/2 weeks and my new basement now looks great.

Chris did a fantastic job keeping all contractors on schedule and on budget despite supply chain issues during “Covid”. My basement turned out great.

We needed work done in our basement. New ceiling, new flooring, 1 closet to be finished correctly. The ceiling alone was a huge improvement! We are very happy with the results. Chris was also able to install 3 new toilets for a fraction of the cost of other estimates we received from other companies. There were a couple unexpected "bumps in the road" (wiring which was done by the previous owner that was not done correctly) that were dealt with immediately and the work was done within our time frame. Most importantly the estimate we received was more than reasonable.
