Description of Work: Water softener was added and the workmanship was wonderful from installation to clean up, everything from clean, pressed uniform and shoes spoke PERFECTION. Most impressed with his work ethics.

+ -1 moreWhen we bought this house it had a fairly sophisticated water treatment system and the former owner wasn't using it. I wasn't quite sure how to set it up and I read all the manuals but there were some things that the manuals didn't mention and I had them come out. His name is Phil and dealing with him has been a pleasure. He has been fantastic. He gave me all kinds of good advice on how to set up the system and make it run properly. We bought this place a little less than a year ago and he installed the system ten years ago. There have been some changes and he showed me how to work with those changes. He gave me some tips to get things coordinated to make things work right that you couldn't find in the manual. He said that if I ever have a problem to call him and he will help me out. Their price was commensurate with other places. I don't have to buy bottled water any place. I will absolutely use them in the future.
Description of Work: I bought component parts from Berks Water Technology. They also helped with questions I had about my water treatment system.
