 + -1 moreDid a good job but double charged us on our credit card. I called them and said it was the bank's issue not theirs.. Took quite a bit of work with the bank to fix the problem. In fairness, am not sure who messed up but it still was a painful transaction.

 + -1 moreFast and done well. Would have replace sooner if I knew it was so easy. Grid does not exactly match but not noticeable. Had to take window out and in for measurement. They ordered replacement and I took window back for it to be installed. Dropped off in morning and was completed same day.

 + 0 moreI was not there, but my wife said they were very good and clean.
Description of Work: B&G Glass replaced four windows three were large windows and they did an perfect job. They were also the lowest price and did not try to sell us something we did not need. We had other companies before B&G Glass and they wanted to replace the whole window including the frame. I would not use any other glass company in the future, but B&G Glass.

 + -1 moreIt took a little while to get an appointment with them, but it was worth the wait. There were two workers who did the job. It took them a while to figure out how to remove the window pane, and it was very difficult to remove. They cleaned the condensation out of the window and were thorough in explaining what they did.
Description of Work: They came out to fix my window pane. I had condensation in between my window panes that I couldn't get out.

 + 0 moreThe replacement glass was broken two times before they installed the final window. I took time off to be at home, and they didn't show up until very late. They said they would call that morning and tell me when they were coming, that never happened. But the window looks great!
Description of Work: B & G replaced 2 broken glass panels in the front bay window. I always use B & G for their quality of work.
